University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to the John Mabee Hall courtyard to take a report of a stolen bicycle. Upon arrival, the officer met with the owner of the bike who said it was stolen from the bike rack at John Mabee hall. Officers informed the individual they could file a Tulsa Police Department report if they wished.
