University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to the McFarlin Library Parking Lot in reference to unmarked vehicle that was similar to a patrol vehicle driving through parking stalls. Officers made contact with the owner of the vehicle and they stated they were contract working for the University. The owner demonstrated the emergency lights are deactivated on the vehicle. Officers spoke with the reporting party and were notified that the owner was driving through the parking lot but emergency lights were not activated.
