University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Brown Village Apartments to investigate a possible hit and run collision. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the driver of one vehicle who stated they found damage on the passenger side of their vehicle. Officers checked the surrounding vehicles and did not see damage that would match up with the damage.
