University of Tulsa Camps Security Officers were dispatched to 600 S. Delaware for a non-injury traffic collision. A student was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved. Tulsa Fire Department and Tulsa Police responded. Information was exchanged between both parties and the road way was cleared for normal traffic.
