While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving recklessly through campus. The vehicle was caught driving recklessly and speeding around Tucker Drive near Bayless Plaza. The driver was issued a reckless driving citation and a student misconducted.
