University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible intoxicated student in front of Collins Hall. Security Officers were able to locate the ill student. Officers evaluated the student’s condition it was determined that Emergency Medical Authority Services was needed. After further evaluation it was determined that the student was in need of medical attention and was transported to a local hospital.
