University of Tulsa campus Security Officer were dispatched to the Law School to retrieve a credit card being turned in. Officers were informed the financial card was found in the Keplinger/Law School Parking Lot. The owner was determined but was unable to be contacted so the card was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
