University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to H.A. Chapman Stadium to investigate a suspicious person. A non-University of Tulsa affiliate was tampering with a fiber-optic cable box. Tulsa Police Department made contact with the suspicious person on 11th street, and were able properly identify the individual.
