University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched investigate a possible belligerent and irate individual in an office at Keplinger Hall. Upon arrival, officers made contact with an individual who was standing outside the office. The individual advised they were a TU affiliate and they attempted to put up flyers for an event. After investigation, Officers advised the individual they had permission to post flyers.
