University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate found property at the Reynolds Center. Upon arrival Officers spoke with the owner who told Officers of the possible location of the phone and the officer was able to retrieve it. The owner was unable to contacted again so the phone was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
