University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to retrieve found property at Oliphant Hall. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a faculty member who had found a medical insurance card in a parking lot on campus. The owner was determined but was unable to be contacted so the card was placed in property locker for safe keeping.
