While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers found a wallet near McFarlin Library. While conducting an inventory of the wallet, Officers found contraband. The owner was determine and contacted and the items were returned. The student was informed that Campus Security would be confiscating the contraband and that a student misconduct was issued.
