University of Tulsa Campus security Officers were dispatched to investigate a call from an emergency phone on campus. The Communication Center informed officers the call was continuous and Officers were able to locate the student who activated it at John Mabee Hall. The student advised there was not an emergency, they were just locked out of their dorm. The emergency phone was reset and officers left without further incident.
