University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Lottie Jane Mabee Hall to conduct a welfare check on a student. The students parents were concerned because they were unable to make contact with the students. The parents were concerned because the student was not returning their phone calls. Officers made contact with the student and had them make contact with with their parents.
