University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to the Keplinger /Law parking lot to investigate a paper temporary tag being stolen off of a staff members vehicle. Upon arrival officers met with the individual who stated they came out and saw an individual loitering around their vehicle and when they say them they drove off property in a hurry. That is when they noticed their paper tag had been stolen off their vehicle.
