Officers were dispatched to Brown Village to investigate a possible fire alarm. Officers arrived on scene to a lot of smoke coming from the apartment. Officers were able to put the oven fire out with a fire extinguisher. Student stated they dropped a tray of olive oil on in the oven. Officers cleared out the smoke and TFD (Tulsa Fire Department) was not called.
