University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to West Park Apartments for an individual rummaging through the dumpster. Officers made contact with the individual and determined they were not affiliated with the University. Officers requested records check of active warrant and previous contact history; both were negative. Officers informed the individual that they were on private property and would have to leave immediately. The individual stated they understood and left without further incident.
