University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible noise complaint in the Norman Village apartments. Upon arrival officers could hear loud noise and made contact with the resident who was identified as being underage with the presence of alcohol within the apartment. All guest were vacated from the apartment. A housing contact card was issued to the resident.
