University of Tulsa Security officers were dispatched on report of an unknown individual parking on the sidewalk north side of the Mabee East parking lot (MAE) and attempting to gain access to several other vehicles in the lot. Upon officers’ arrival, the individual entered their own vehicle and drove off campus. Officers documented the individual’s vehicle information including the license plate number. University of Tulsa Security officers made contact with an individual observed with a bicycle that resembled one that had been stolen from campus. After a previous contact and active warrants check were completed, the Tulsa Police Department (TPD) was contacted. The individual stated they felt ill and requested Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA). EMSA and TPD responded. The individual who was placed under arrest by TPD, requested to be transported by EMSA to a local hospital for further medical evaluation. Officers arrived and found no sign of fire or smoke and were advised by the House mother that the alarm was activated while they were cooking in the kitchen.
