University of Tulsa Campus Safety and Security officers observed an ill student laying down and going in and out of consciousness. Officers requested Emergency Medical Service Authority (EMSA). Tulsa Fire Department (TFD) arrived with EMSA, and the ill student was transported to an area hospital. Copy of report forwarded to Housing, Student Affairs and Risk Management for their review.
