University of Tulsa Campus Safety and Security observed a suspicious person loitering in the Norman Village lot. Officers made contact with the individual at the University School. Officers determined the individual was not a TU affiliate. Officers confirmed the individual had multiple warrants with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) and the Tulsa Police Department (TPD). TCSO requested officers detain the individual. Officers detained the individual until TPD arrived and took custody of the individual for transport to TCSO. A contact card was created. A copy of the report was forwarded to Housing, Physical Plant and Student Affairs.
