Officers observed a non-TU affiliate sleeping on the south side of the Zarrow Center. Officers conducted a pedestrian check on the individual. The Communications Center checked the individual for prior contact and active warrants, both came back negative. The individual was trespass warned and left the property. A contact card was created.
