Officers observed a non-TU affiliate dumpster diving at West Park Apartments. Officers conducted a pedestrian check on the individual. The Communications Center checked the individual for prior contact and active warrants, both returned negative. The individual was trespass warned and escorted off the property. A contact card was created.
