Officers were dispatched to the University Square South parking lot in reference to a vehicle vandalism. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who filled out a statement. The victim advised that the vandalism occurred between 1845, 30 JUL 2019 and 0820, 31 JUL 2019.
